About Us Winfield Frazeur, first started his Oregon photography business as a sole proprietorship in the mid 1980’s shortly after retireing from the U. S. Navy as one of their primary photographic shooters. He began his civilian career shooting commercial photography for local clients. Winfield, a veteran photographer with over 55-years behind the camera first decided to put his catalog of then over 6,000 photographic original images on the internet in early 1990 when the internet was still an infant. It took until 1996 to finally succeed. Winfield, a veteran, an artist, and an experienced entrepreneur, established the name and incorporated GlobalPhotos.com, Inc. in 1996. The Company is an S-Corporation and changed to a limited Liability Company (LLC) in 2007. All companies were and still are in the State of Oregon. The history of GlobalPhotos.com, Inc. is in large measure the history of Winfield. GlobalPhotos evolved into a business venture from a lifetime passion and decades of experience of Winfield S. Frazeur IV. Established in 1992, the business was largely a part-time venture but has developed as a complex business requiring the full-time attention of the owner and principal photographer. Specializing in unique aerial and quality fine art photography, GlobalPhotos serves the needs of government entities, individuals, groups, and organizations with the expansive catalog of existing photography and contract photographic shooting services to commission new works of art. In the year 2005 GlobalPhotos.com, Inc. is poised to become one of the world’s leading providers of photographic wall art, stock, Stock Photo Rentals and contract aerial photography. To accomplish this goal GlobalPhotos.com, LLC. has recently purchased new state-of-the-art Apple Macintosh computers and hired six new employees who’s education and experience is designed to catapult this young company into the main arena of photographic reproductions. GlobalPhotos.com, Inc.’s mission is to provide high quality and reasonably priced imagery products to businesses, governments and individuals. We also provide imaging services on a contract bases. The World Wide Web shall serve as the cost effective medium for advertising, viewing and purchasing these high quality images and services. GlobalPhotos.com, LLC. is an Oregon registered company that’s primary mission is to sell photographic and digital image products to small businesses and fortune 500 companies; government agencies from local city governments to world governments and medium to upper income individuals across America and around the world. Services and products are provided in both aerial and ground formats. Our vast archive of photographs and digitally reproductions include color and black & white products, which can be enlarged up to a 60”X 80” format. All imagery products are presently produced from our vast imagery archive which are reproduced in state-of-the-art facilities, thus ensuring the highest quality. Imagery products are provided in various formats as requested by the customer. These formats include: enlarged and ready to be mounted on a wall as a Mural or foam core mounted print; or ready to be framed and made part of an office, lobby, or waiting room décor. Our photo collections from the Winfield Gallery provide viewing entertainment for any wall. All imagery products are produced from our photo and digital stock photo archives in high resolution Stock Photo formats that can be reformatted for web site use, brochures, company reports, publications, credit card faces, posters, greeting cards, personal checks, and all advertising mediums. Our specialty products consist of T-shirts, coffee mugs, mouse pads, calendars, posters and ball caps.
